This March, Fiamma begins a series of intimate cooking classes with Chef Trabocchi. Classes begin at 11 a.m. Each class costs $100 per person, or $250 per person for all three classes.

The monthly two—hour Saturday class will teach you:

• Gli Antipasti — April 26
• and Dal Mare e Dalla Terra — May 31
